Annapurna HR Ltd is seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst in Central London to join a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation initiative. You will work with HR, IT and project teams to capture requirements, support delivery and ensure a smooth transition to BAU.

The role emphasises requirements gathering, testing, traceability and cross‑functional collaboration across international teams in a hybrid work model.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HRIS or transformation programmes.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
• Strong requirements-gathering, analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience in testing, UAT and requirements traceability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across international teams.
• Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable and results-driven with prioritisation ability.

Mansioni

• Gather, analyse and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and support solution design.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system design, build, testing and UAT.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring quality delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and support governance requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and the transition into BAU.
• Support system integrations, onboarding and ongoing enhancements.
