Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in MiniMed’s Order-To-Cash processes.
• Deliver professional support to patients, Centre of Expertise and Field Sales teams.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritising urgent enquiries and orders.
• Resolve issues and communicate with customers/patients.
• Document customer/patient specifics in internal systems and participate in process improvements.
