Job summary

MiniMed is hiring for a 12 month fixed term Customer Care role based in Watford with a hybrid work model. You will support end-to-end order-to-delivery processes, work with the Center of Excellence and field sales teams, and help achieve high customer satisfaction.

ERP SAP and CRM Salesforce experience are preferred, with strong communication and a structured approach. We offer flexible work environment, health insurance, and training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• CRM Salesforce experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Methodical, organized, and customer-focused.
• Interest in improving processes and standards.
• Ability to inspire and align team goals.
• Fluent English; second European language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in the order-to-delivery process.
• Support the Center of Excellence and the field sales team.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
• Handle all calls and emails in shared inboxes and resolve issues.
• Lead incident resolution and proactive client communication.
• Participate in or lead process improvement projects.
• Record and document client or patient details in internal systems.
