Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a customer support specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the Watford office with a hybrid work model. You will play a key role in the order-to-delivery process and support the Center of Excellence and the field sales teams.

You will handle incoming calls and emails, document client or patient details, and contribute to process improvements while delivering high-quality service to patients with diabetes globally.
