Job summary

MiniMed in Watford, England, United Kingdom is hiring for a Customer Care & Supply Chain role. You will work in CC&SC to enhance customer experience through technology and support patients worldwide. The role is permanent and hybrid, with office days Mon/Tue/Thu at Watford/Copenhagen.

You will interact with hospitals, nurses, physicians, procurement, and sales; you will support Order-To-Cash processes and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritising urgent enquiries and orders.
• Resolve issues and communicate with customers/patients.
• Document customer/patient specifics in internal systems and participate in process improvements.

About the Role

By joining Customer Care &Supply Chain(CC&SC), you will get a unique opportunity to drive customer experience through technology innovation and contribute to bringing our Mission to patients all over the world.

Working in CC&SCmeans being close to our customers, patients,and critical people inside hospitals, (nurses, physicians, procurement departments, suppliers, national health care bodies and others) and internally you get to interact with many key stakeholders and functions (sales, pricing, marketing, etc.).

The role is permanent and based at the Watford/Copenhagenoffice (hybrid working model 3/2). Monday/ Tuesdayand Thursday being office days.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Provide day-to-day support inMiniMed’sOrder-To-Cash processes:

• Provide a professional level of support topatients, Centreof Expertise and Field Sales team.
• Contribute to the company goals in the areas of customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for handling all incoming calls and e-mails to shared mailboxes, prioritizing urgent enquiries/orders, and taking ownership through to resolution.
• Be responsible for issue resolution and reactive communication towards the customer/patient.
• Contribute to process improvement / standardization (internal/external) and be able toparticipateor lead projects.
• Be responsible for capturing and documenting customer/patient specificities in internal systems.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Previousexperience with CRM systems – Preferably SAP

Hybrid working model: 2/3 times a week in the office in Watford/Copenhagen
