MiniMed in Watford is seeking an independent Patient Services Representative to provide friendly, English-speaking customer support for users of our diabetes care devices. The role is hybrid, UK/Ireland coverage, and requires 1–2 years in customer service.

Qualifications

• English both written and oral
• Requires full job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
• Effective multi-tasking (navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during call).
• 1-2 years work experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and support to customers and sales personnel, answering product questions and delivering reliable technical support.
• Documents customer feedback and troubleshooting performed on calls.
• Maintains call quality and prioritizes calls, follow-ups, and administrative tasks to meet KPIs.
• Liaises between sales and technical staff.
