Job summary

Investigo Change Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced SAP Application Support Specialist to join a business-critical applications team responsible for supporting and maintaining a complex SAP environment. You will investigate and resolve issues, support system changes, and work with stakeholders to drive improvements, ensuring stability, security and performance across SAP modules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting SAP environments in a commercial organisation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes across finance, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, HR and supply chain.
• Experience administering SAP security roles, permissions and user access controls.
• Knowledge of transport management and change control processes.
• Experience supporting integrations between SAP and other systems.
• Familiarity with SAP administration tasks including user management and job monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to issue resolution.
• Experience in a multi-site or international business environment.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide second and third-line support for SAP applications and related technologies.
• Investigate and resolve technical and functional incidents within agreed service levels.
• Support user access management, security administration, and compliance activities.
• Manage transport requests and assist with change and release processes.
• Support interfaces, integrations, workflows, and cross-application processes.
• Assist with administration and support of SAP-based employee and expense management solutions.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, interfaces, workflows, and system performance, resolving issues where required.
• Work with internal stakeholders and third-party support providers to deliver effective solutions.
• Support system testing, upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and system performance.
