Job summary

EDF is recruiting a Sales Team Manager to lead a high-performing B2B sales team delivering fixed-price electricity and gas contracts across the UK. You will drive performance using CRM insights and forecasting, while embedding a new customer management system and improving the sales function.

The role is hybrid with an Exeter base; expect in-office presence 2-3 days per week, and a competitive salary with an incentive scheme. Strong leadership and analytics experience are key.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B sales teams.
• Proficient with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and performance data to drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline discipline.
• Monitor team performance and deliver targeted coaching and development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise commercial opportunities.
