Job summary

SmartestEnergy, based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead a growing internal sales team and maximise its productivity and capability. You will drive performance, coaching, engagement and development while delivering business targets and supporting growth.

As the day-to-day leader, you will own team performance, manage recruitment and onboarding, use performance data to inform decisions, and uphold high standards through regular 1:1s and quality processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams, preferably in energy.
• Strong coaching and development skills.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding.
