Job summary

Robert Bosch Group is seeking a Sales Administration Degree Apprentice based in Nuneaton to support the commercial success of the business. Qualifications

• A-levels or equivalent suitable for entry onto a degree apprenticeship.
• Strong interest in business, sales, commercial operations or admin.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
• Assist with managing customer information and opportunities within relevant systems.
• Support commercial activities including order processing, contract administration, and customer account management.
• Prepare customer presentations, reports, and sales materials where required.
• Help track sales performance metrics and customer activity.
• Produce monthly summaries and reports to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate meetings, customer visits, and internal workshops.
