Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in the United Kingdom is offering a fixed-term apprenticeship in Supply Chain based in Nuneaton. The role focuses on customer liaison, order tracking, and process improvement using digital tools.

You will work 2–3 days on-site per week while studying, with a path toward data-driven logistics optimization. The programme requires GCSE-level Maths and English, a UK resident, and the pre-existing right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master in Supply Chain or related field.
Eager to learn about AI, automation tools, digitalisation and data.
Customer oriented with passion for customer service.
Structured and organised with ability to communicate across hierarchy levels.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP, Power Apps and Power BI desirable.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Interface between customer and central logistics in replenishment, transport and warehouse.
Proactive tracking of orders and delivery dates to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage solutions for customer requirements and KPI analysis.
Coordinate with sales team and monitor stock levels.
Drive continuous improvement using digitalisation and automation tools.
Perform data interpretations to derive actionable recommendations (Power BI, Power Automate).
