Job summary

ADI Global Distribution in Oldham is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support stock movements across our warehouse network. You will help ensure information flow, reporting, and communication between the warehouse, Head Office, and 28 branches.

This varied role combines administration, coordination, and occasional hands-on operational support. No previous warehouse admin experience is required; the ideal candidate is computer literate, organised, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports to support distribution centre performance and service delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact between the warehouse, Head Office, and branch network.
• Maintain warehouse records, operational documentation, and system updates.
• Follow instructions and established processes and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving distribution environment.
• Support cross-team collaboration and operational tasks as needed.
