Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking a Sales Executive in Worsley (Hybrid) to be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling inbound and warm outbound calls to drive sales and achieve targets.

The role offers a basic salary of 27,560 with an uncapped commission structure and a realistic OTE of 40,000 - 48,000. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided, with clear progression opportunities in a growing business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working towards sales or performance targets.
• Confident and engaging telephone manner.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle objections and ask for the sale.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Resilient, self-motivated and driven by success.
• Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems.
• Ability to work full-time from the Worsley office.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Make outbound warm calls, following up on website leads and closing sales.
• Make prompt follow-up calls to website enquiries.
• Build rapport and uncover customer needs through effective questioning.
• Sell on value rather than price alone.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Accurately update customer information within the CRM system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.
• Meet and exceed individual sales, conversion and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and company procedures.
