Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales and KPI driven environment is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and earning commission.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Flexible to work 1 late shift each week and one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Speaking with prospective customers to understand their requirements.
• Providing service information and tailored solutions.
• Building strong customer relationships and maintaining regular follow-up.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Updating CRM systems accurately and maintaining customer records.
• Working closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
