Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive Sales Executive for a hybrid role in Worsley. You will handle inbound and warm outbound calls, qualify enquiries and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will meet targets, work with CRM, and benefit from a structured training plan, uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £40k–£48k. The role offers full-time hours and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets and working towards performance metrics.
• Confident and engaging telephone manner with strong communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and close sales while understanding customer needs.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales
• Make outbound warm calls, following up on website leads and closing sales
• Make prompt follow-up calls to website enquiries
• Build rapport and uncover customer needs through effective questioning
• Sell on value rather than price alone
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Accurately update customer information within the CRM system
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction
• Meet and exceed individual sales, conversion and quality targets
• Ensure compliance with data protection and company procedures
