Job summary

WorkNest is expanding its Sales Coaching function and seeks a motivator who can translate learning into lasting behaviour change and measurable performance improvements. You will coach sales professionals, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help embed our sales methodology across Groups.

In a hybrid role with occasional travel to Leeds, Stevenage or Chester, you will shape sales capability, develop resources, and support teams to achieve real commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or developing sales professionals in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities and measure success.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence positive change across the business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching to strengthen consultative selling skills.
• Identify coaching opportunities using conversation intelligence and Salesforce data.
• Design targeted interventions and help teams apply coaching in live customer conversations.
• Maintain and develop the Sales Hub with relevant resources, battlecards, and coaching materials.
• Embed sales methodology and drive consistency across teams to foster continuous learning.
