Job summary

Novum Global is seeking a passionate Sales Enablement Coach to work directly with sales professionals, helping them develop skills, build confidence, and improve performance. This highly interactive role combines individual coaching, group training, and ongoing development.

You will collaborate with the US-based Enablement team to share best practices, design practical training sessions, and tailor programs for onboarding and growth, with a hybrid office schedule in Reading.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in sales, sales leadership, and/or sales enablement with at least one year of quota carrying sales experience.
• Proven coaching, training, mentoring, and developing sales professionals.
• Ability to run group training sessions and adapt to different audiences and business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear explanations of complex concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and credibility across teams.
• Flexible, proactive, solutions-focused approach to development needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised coaching and mentoring to sales professionals through call reviews, deal analysis, feedback, and development plans.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for individuals and groups, adapting content to evolving needs.
• Strengthen understanding of products, sales processes, methodologies, and supporting technologies.
• Support onboarding and development of new sales employees, including recruitment interviews where appropriate.
• Review, enhance, and create training materials to address skills gaps and priorities.
• Collaborate with US team to share knowledge and align training initiatives across regions.
