Matter B2B is seeking a Business Development Executive in Horsforth, Leeds, with hybrid work after probation. The role focuses on generating opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and applying Sales 4.0 across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales, business development or lead generation experience.
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people.
• Resilient, coachable and eager to improve.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities for clients through outbound prospecting.
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers across a variety of industries.
• Using our Sales 4.0 methodology across phone, LinkedIn, email, video and voice messaging.
• Booking qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams.
• Managing your pipeline and keeping CRM records up to date.
• Working closely with your manager to continuously improve your performance.
• Hitting activity and quality targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
