Join TUI Group's UK&I team as a Sales Budget & Forecasting Analyst to shape financial decisions that drive digital sales performance. You will merge commercial insight with data-driven analysis to optimise investments and support growth across digital channels.

The role is hybrid, with weekly office presence in Luton, and the opportunity to contribute to strategic planning and budgeting across marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting in a commercial/digital environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and provide insights.
• Experience with financial models, forecasting methodologies and scenario analysis.
• Understanding of digital commerce or online performance metrics helps connect financial outcomes to business results.
• Excellent communication to present financial information to stakeholders across functions.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI platforms to support reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales budgets and financial planning across digital marketing channels.
• Develop detailed forecasts, monitor performance trends and provide insights for decisions.
• Analyse sales and marketing performance, identify variances and opportunities.
• Provide stakeholders with dashboards and reporting on budget, revenue trends and ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Finance, Analytics and Digital teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
