CMA Recruitment Group in Portsmouth is seeking a Finance Analyst to join a busy, commercially minded finance team. You will support budgeting, forecasting and reporting across multiple markets, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight.

The role offers hybrid working (one day per week from home and one day in London) with a salary of £38,000–£40,000, plus a performance-related bonus and generous holiday allowance.

Formación

• Experience in financial analysis, management accounting or FP&A in a complex commercial environment.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build financial models.
• Finance degree or relevant qualification advantageous.
• Commercially focused with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with budgets, monthly forecasts and financial plans.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends and variances.
• Work with commercial teams to understand sales performance and challenges forecasts.
• Produce financial reports, MI and presentations to support decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
• Liaise with wider finance teams to ensure timely reporting.
