Go Swag is seeking a Sales Admin to support two Senior Account Managers in a fast-growing gifting tech company. You’ll handle orders, finance queries, restocks, and assist with proposals while keeping HubSpot tidy and accurate.

You’ll sit in a busy account-focused environment with hybrid flexibility from our Glasgow HQ, supporting enterprise clients and learning the sales process. A proactive, organised communicator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales admin/support or client-facing roles.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems in a startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Process order forms, respond to finance queries, and manage restock requests.
• Build bespoke proposals for Senior Account Managers on internal platform.
• Liaise with suppliers, shipping and logistics teams, and monitor back-of-house stock.
