Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with First Line leaders to guide risk decisions.
• Embed the Enterprise Risk Management Framework into day-to-day work.
• Stay connected to teams as the eyes and ears of Enterprise Risk and share insights.
• Facilitate inclusive workshops to prioritise and understand risks.
• Translate data into clear narratives to support risk-informed decisions.
• Lead second-line initiatives and deep dives to uncover insights for governance.
• Shape governance forums to encourage open dialogue and accountability.
• Craft clear reports and materials that resonate with stakeholders.
• Champion a positive risk culture through training and coaching.
• Encourage consistent best practice while supporting a growing organisation.
