• Understanding of networks and project governance
• Ability to define scope, objectives and deliverables
• Experience with stakeholder management and risk/issue handling

Responsibilities

• Ensure project is established, executed and closed following governance
• Document outputs, analysis and tools used in project activity
• Manage handover of deliverables to operations with knowledge transfer
• Maintain effective risk mitigation and issue management processes
• Define roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships for stakeholders
• Define project scope and ensure delivery within agreed governance
• Manage delivery scope and resolve deviations
• Provide timely governance reporting to stakeholders
