VodafoneThree is seeking a Senior Commercial/Contract Manager to drive commercial outcomes in a hybrid Newbury role. You will lead sales-related commercial activities, validate pricing, negotiate contracts, and ensure governance and risk mitigation are embedded in every deal.

The role requires significant experience in contract management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work across multiple business functions to deliver value for customers and the business.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Commercial or Contract Management, delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex discussions and disputes.
• Ability to analyse commercial risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Experience structuring and presenting commercial proposals balancing value and objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide commercial leadership during the sales process to win business and deliver outcomes.
• Assess opportunities, validate pricing, benchmark competitiveness, and identify value drivers.
• Support negotiation of contracts and supplier agreements to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Secure governance approvals and help close complex deals.
• Ensure terms, obligations and risk mitigations are captured in contracts.
• Lead contract handovers to give delivery teams clear visibility of commitments.
• Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate across functions to optimise contract performance and create value.
