Job summary

Vodafone Limited is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to shape and embed risk understanding across our corporate function in the UK. You will partner with First and Second Line teams to embed risk principles and drive responsible decisions that protect customers and the business.

You will lead governance activities, develop clear reporting, and coach leaders on risk awareness while supporting a culture of inclusion, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• You bring solid experience in risk management (typically 5+ years).
• Ideal background in telecommunications or financial services.
• Strong relationships with empathy and trust, with constructive challenge.

Responsibilities

• Shape how risk is understood across the organisation.
• Build trusted partnerships with teams and senior leaders.
• Embed the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) in day-to-day work.
• Lead second-line initiatives and deep dives to uncover insights.
• Create clear risk reports and materials for diverse stakeholders.
