VodafoneThree in Newbury is seeking a Portfolio Risk & Governance Specialist to ensure investments are governed effectively and risks are managed with robust insights. You’ll collaborate across Enterprise Portfolio Management, Central Risk and diverse stakeholders to enable transparent delivery.

The role focuses on governance, reporting and providing recommendations to investment boards, while promoting a culture of transparency and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EPM, Central Risk and the wider organisation to align investments with strategy, regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
• Provide governance, oversight and constructive challenge for informed executive decisions.
• Monitor and escalate portfolio risks to identify issues early and manage them effectively.
• Produce high-quality risk reporting, analysis and governance information.
• Support governance forums and investment boards with insights and recommendations.
• Promote transparency, continuous improvement and shared ownership across the portfolio.
• Use data to guide investment priorities and strengthen portfolio performance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence outcomes.
