Job summary

VIVO Defence seeks a RFCA Technical Administrator to support our operations. Based at home with office days, you will coordinate access, manage CAFM (Maximo) data, prepare reports, and support audit and assurance activities.

The role links supply chain with regional RFCA staff and requires strong Excel and MS Office skills. You will handle financial transactions, quotes for billable works, helpdesk support, and escalation actions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAFM systems, such as Maximo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate access requirements to maintain statutory compliance.
• Maintain and update the CAFM system to ensure data accuracy.
• Progress tasks from initiation to closure and report on status.
• Act as a key contact for RFCA regional staff and support audit activities.
• Support with financial transactions, quotes for billable works, and documentation.
