Job summary

Mitie is seeking a CAFM professional to manage the CAFM system in support of the MoD Corsham and Armada contracts. You will ensure asset data accuracy, coordinate maintenance planning, and work closely with Asset and Facilities Managers to deliver on contractual requirements.

The role emphasizes strong administration, customer-focused service, and effective teamwork across multiple sites in the Corsham area.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing a CAFM system or similar, ideally Maximo.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide full CAFM management in support of the MoD Corsham and Armada contracts.
• Maintain awareness of contract-specific requirements when adding/updating assets.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager and Facilities Manager to meet operational deliverables.
• Administer the CAFM system to support maintenance activities and asset longevity.
• Provide or coordinate Maximo training for Corsham and Armada teams.
• Demonstrate clear communication and strong teamwork.
