Job summary

SafeContractor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Cardiff to drive growth across inbound and outbound channels. You will build relationships, understand client challenges, and help businesses gain SafeContractor accreditation.

The role offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office, and uncapped OTE, providing a clear path to high earnings on a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in outbound B2B or B2C sales.
• Confidence leading consultative sales conversations and uncovering customer needs.
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.
• Resilient, ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from inbound enquiries and outbound activity.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer challenges and position SafeContractor as the solution.
• Convert prospects into customers by guiding them through the sales process and closing opportunities.
• Manage prospect relationships and follow-up to maximise conversion rates and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across our product portfolio to unlock additional revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to ensure strong pipeline visibility and forecasting.
