Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join our Resourcing Team. The role supports the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction to appointment, with hybrid working and a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

You’ll work with managers and candidates, create engaging job adverts, and contribute to continuous improvement while promoting our organisation as a strong employer across the county.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to advise managers and candidates with recruitment best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and insights to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment campaigns using our ATS.
• Partner with managers, candidates and stakeholders to provide expert recruitment advice and guidance.
• Create engaging and compliant job adverts that attract great talent.
• Support recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the recruitment policy and processes.
• Attend careers fairs and attraction events, promoting Lincolnshire County Council as a good employer.
• Help deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
• Use recruitment data, feedback and insight to identify opportunities for improvement.
