Job summary

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue is seeking a strategic Talent, Resourcing and Learning Manager to lead attraction, recruitment, retention, talent management and learning across the organisation. You will shape the future workforce and work with senior leaders across Lincolnshire County Council and partners to deliver workforce solutions that keep communities safe.

As a senior HR professional, you will head a specialist team responsible for talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, resourcing or OD.
• Ability to develop and implement workforce and talent strategies.
• Strong stakeholder influence at senior level.

Responsibilities
