Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking a Resource Manager in Hampshire on a 6-month hybrid contract. The role involves understanding project demand, allocating resources, and maintaining visibility of resource availability, with a mix of onsite and home-working.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and line managers to optimise capacity, manage conflicts, and drive improvements in resourcing processes. Security clearance would be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Resource Management/WF Planning/Resource Planning.
• Experience in a technical, technology, or professional services environment desirable.
• Security clearance would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand project demand and resourcing requirements with stakeholders.
• Allocate resources based on skills, experience and availability.
• Collaborate with Resource Managers and Line Managers to manage capacity and optimise allocation.
• Maintain visibility of resource availability, utilisation and upcoming demand.
• Identify and resolve resource conflicts and allocation issues.
• Support project delivery teams with workforce planning and resourcing.
• Contribute to improvements in resource management processes.
