Job summary

CBS Butler in Hampshire is seeking a Resource Manager for an initial 6-month Inside IR35 contract. The role is hybrid with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home, involving demand and availability management across a project portfolio.

You will collaborate with project stakeholders, Resource Managers and Line Managers to ensure teams are suitably staffed, monitor capacity, and resolve allocation conflicts while driving improvements in resourcing processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Resource Management or Workforce Planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Organisational and analytical abilities with multiple priorities.
• Security Clearance would be preferred.

We are recruiting for a Resource Manager to join a technology-focused organisation in Hampshire on an initial 6-month Inside IR35 contract, with a strong possibility of extension. The role is hybrid.

The Resource Manager will be responsible for managing resource demand and availability across a portfolio of projects, working closely with project stakeholders, Resource Managers and Line Managers to ensure teams are appropriately staffed.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand project demand and resourcing requirements.

About You

You will have:

• Proven experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Operational Resourcing or Resource Planning.
• Experience working within a technical, technology or professional services environment is desirable.
• Experience within a defence environment would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A practical and collaborative approach to resolving resourcing challenges.
• Security Clearance would be preferred.
