Job summary

HSBC Group is seeking a Relationship Director to manage a portfolio of domestic and international clients, driving growth while delivering exceptional service. The role emphasizes an influential, client-centric approach, collaboration with product teams, and adherence to risk and regulatory standards.

The position is hybrid with base offices in Bristol, Cardiff or Exeter, serving clients across the South West and Wales.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Corporate/Business Banking.
Credit and lending experience essential.
Understanding of regulatory and risk management requirements.
Ability to identify opportunities and manage multiple priorities.
Experience developing client networks and introducers.

Responsibilities

Be an ambassador for HSBC and develop the bank's profile in the local business and wider community.
Support customers and place their needs at the forefront of all that we do, setting world class standards.
Seek new opportunities and nurture existing relationships to identify new business opportunities.
Build a network of business introducers in the local professional and business community.
Adhere to risk, credit, and regulatory procedures and ensure compliance across activities.
Collaborate with product partners to assess needs of international and domestic customers and offer appropriate solutions.
