Complyfirst is an AI-powered reporting automation platform for compliance teams in financial services. We are hiring our first Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and generate pipeline, discovery calls, demos, and closes.

You will inherit warm prospects and a product that fits the right buyers. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a consultative, non-pitch approach in a fast-growing regtech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Track record of end-to-end sales, pipeline generation and deal closure.
• Experience selling to financial services, fintech or regtech buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline generation for target accounts (payments/e-money firms, banks).
• Run full sales cycle from outreach to close, owning every stage.
• Conduct credible discovery conversations mapping prospect needs to Complyfirst.”
• Manage pipeline and forecast with clean CRM data.
• Provide market feedback to product based on objections and needs.
