Job summary

Complyfirst is hiring a Pre-Sales Compliance Consultant to join the sales cycle alongside the Account Executive and CEO. You will own the credibility side of each deal, answering hard regulatory questions and tailoring demonstrations to the prospect’s regulatory needs.

You will engage with Heads of Compliance, MLROs, CFOs and COOs at regulated firms, proving the product’s ability to solve real regulatory challenges and supporting procurement through thorough responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory reporting, AML, or financial crime.
• Ability to answer hard regulatory questions on the spot in front of buyers.
• Experience in a commercial or client-facing role is a strong advantage.
• Comfort in early-stage environments with evolving playbooks.
• Ability to tailor demonstrations to complex regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance side of every deal during the sales process.
• Join discovery calls to map client needs to our product capabilities.
• Run tailored product demonstrations for each prospect.
• Handle regulatory objections with authority and clarity.
• Feed feedback from prospects to product and engineering teams.
