Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join our permanent in-house Talent Acquisition Team in a hybrid working setup. You will attract, source, and select talent for roles across our Southampton sites, from Nurses to IT specialists, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

We offer flexible office and home working, with shifts that rotate monthly. You’ll contribute to a large healthcare network, delivering excellent candidate experiences

Qualifications

• Educated to diploma level 4 or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Experience in operational recruitment or resourcing.
• Ability to build effective relationships with managers and staff.
• Proven ability to work with managers at various seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Advertising and long listing: handle job adverts, sort applications, set up interviews.
• Offers: conduct offer calls and provide offer letters; assess experience for starting salary.
• Exceptional service: deliver prompt, high-quality service to candidates and hiring managers.
• Support and campaigns: assist with recruitment projects and social media content.
• Digital skills: use IT tools to support administration, data handling and process improvement.
