Job summary

Flagship Consulting in Sunderland is expanding its quantity surveying team. The role offers hybrid working, exposure to high-profile projects from inception to completion, and APC support for career progression.

We welcome Quantity Surveyors at Assistant, Intermediate or Senior level with a degree in QS and experience in a consultancy/PQS environment. Flexible arrangements and strong client engagement are key.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS status or in-progress MRICS is preferable.
• Experience in a consultancy/PQS environment is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead projects across the full lifecycle, liaising with clients and teams.
• Work with NEC and/or JCT contracts on varied schemes.
• Develop client relationships and take ownership on Senior level projects.
