Flagship Consulting in Newcastle is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its growing civil and infrastructure team. You will deliver pre- and post-contract QS services and support commercial management on major infrastructure projects, working closely with senior colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Consultancy/PQS-side experience (essential).
• Exposure to infrastructure, utilities, or water projects (desirable).
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Support the commercial management of civil, infrastructure, and utility projects.
• Prepare cost plans, procurement strategies, and risk assessments.
• Assist with contract administration and reporting.
• Attend client meetings and support client relationships.
• Work collaboratively as part of a growing project team.
