Job summary

Flagship Consulting in Sunderland is seeking Assistant, Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join its established team. You will work on a range of projects from inception through to completion, in a flexible hybrid model with strong APC support.

Suitable candidates will have degree in Quantity Surveying (MRICS encouraged), experience in consultancy or main contractor environments, and the ambition to develop towards MRICS while managing client relationships across NEC/JCT contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in consultancy/PQS environment; relevant Main Contractor experience considered.
• Experience with NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage client relationships.
• Willingness to work towards MRICS with APC support.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead projects across the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Senior level: take ownership of client relationships and projects.
• Work on diverse projects under NEC/JCT contracts.

Education

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying

MRICS (preferred) or working towards
