Accent Group Ltd. is hiring a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to support repairs and voids contracts within Property Services. Based in Peterborough or Bradford, this hybrid role involves cost management, contract review, and providing financial insight to optimise value for money.

The successful candidate will analyse costs, manage stakeholders, and work with contractors to ensure timely, compliant delivery while maintaining high service standards. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (HNC/HND/degree) or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of contracts, rates schedules, cost control and commercial management.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills with reviewing costs and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support across Accent's repairs and voids contracts.
• Monitor costs, review quoted works, valuations and variations.
• Provide clear financial insight to keep services value for money.
• Advise on costs, schedules of rates compliance and risk.
• Support procurement activities and drive efficiencies.
