You will collaborate with colleagues and contractors, challenge costs where appropriate, and drive efficiencies while maintaining service quality and customer outcomes. Hybrid 2–3 days in office.

Qualifications

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor with a contracting background.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support across responsive repairs and voids contracts.
• Review costs, valuations and variations and provide financial insight.
• Advise on costs, schedules of rates compliance and risk.
• Support procurement activity to improve value for money.
