Job summary

Agena Group is seeking a dedicated Quality & Assurance Executive to support developing and implementing quality assurance policies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role collaborates with multiple departments to maintain excellence in operations.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly while supporting the team and team leader. DBS checks apply after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance on work across the Validations, Complaints, Customer Services and Appeals teams.
• Maintain consistency with QA on all reviewed tasks.
• Assist in analysing quality performance metrics.
• Assist the Team Leader in creating and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement across quality assurance and potentially other departments.
• Collaborate with departments on processes and quality improvement.
