Job summary

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue is seeking a Fire Safety Supervisor to join the Community Fire Protection team in Lincolnshire. You will supervise, support and direct the department, applying in-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation and contributing to strategic risk management and enforcement.

You will provide specialist advice, support investigations, and help maintain high professional standards across the Service. Training development and cross-team collaboration are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation
• Experience in fire safety enforcement
• Ability to develop staff capability and deliver training

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, support and direction to the Community Fire Protection team.
• Offer specialist advice and support complex inspections and prosecutions.
• Assist with auditing, enforcement and risk-based intervention across high-risk premises.
• Develop and deliver training and share knowledge across the service.
