Job summary

Aon is actively recruiting a Client Service Advisor for the Public Sector on a hybrid basis, working between the office and home across the country. The role centers on delivering high-quality client service, understanding client insurance needs, and identifying revenue opportunities.

You will collaborate with Client Managers to tailor service plans, prepare renewal materials, and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Qualifications

• ACII or equivalent preferred, not essential.
• Public Sector experience preferred.
• Insurance broker background; FCA knowledge advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge: Property / Casualty lines.
• Experience with procurement and tender processes is a plus.
• Organised, able to prioritise work in team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Managers to deliver high-quality service to assigned clients.
• Prepare renewal reports, presentations and cover comparisons.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and insurers for queries or changes.
• Attend client and insurer visits as required.
• Maintain credit control standards and assist with premium allocations.
• Negotiate terms, renewals, mid-term adjustments and extensions.
• Support marketing, tender processes and broker functions for optimal client solutions.
• Produce comprehensive marketing/tender presentations and renewal reports.
