Job summary

You will lead renewals, negotiate with insurers, and prepare client-facing reports and renewal strategies while coordinating with insurers and Aon's global network across 120 countries.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience is desirable.
• Working towards professional insurance qualifications is encouraged.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of FCA principles and procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Lead renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer negotiations to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Design, review and enhance client insurance programmes, identifying opportunities to improve risk protection and value.
• Prepare and present client-facing documentation, including reports, renewal strategies and cover comparisons.
• Collaborate with insurers, brokers and Aon's global network to coordinate complex and multinational programmes.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by connecting clients with Aon's wider risk, insurance and advisory expertise.
