Job summary

Aon is hiring a Client Service Adviser to join the Professional Indemnity team in a hybrid role, with options to work from Chelmsford or Liverpool offices, or remotely for the right candidate.

You will build lasting relationships with clients and insurers, handle renewals and terms, and identify improvements to client risk and insurance programmes while delivering high service levels.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience required including claims, personal lines or other backgrounds
• IT savvy and ability to learn new processes and systems; Acturis experience would be a bonus
• Organised with ability to prioritise work and deliver accurately on time
• Embrace change and respond positively
• Proven relationship management skills
• Must work well in a team and collaborate with others

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of service to each assigned client while supporting the team
• Identify improvements in client risk and insurance programmes and implement changes as required
• Negotiate new business terms, renewal terms, mid-term adjustments and cover extensions
• Prepare comprehensive marketing presentations and renewal reports for full cover comparisons
• Establish and develop effective relationships with insurers and differentiate value for the client
• Identify revenue development opportunities on allocated client accounts and make recommendations
