Job summary

Aon is recruiting a Client Service Advisor to join our UK Retail team within the Aon Global Client Network (AGCN). This hybrid role offers flexible virtual work and time in our Chelmsford office, enabling collaboration with colleagues across countries.

You will manage client portfolios, lead renewals and insurer negotiations, design and review insurance programmes, and prepare client-facing documentation. This role provides global exposure and structured training within a leading global business.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to pursue, or already pursue, professional insurance qualifications.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and deliver on time.
• Understanding of FCA principles and procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Lead renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer negotiations to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Design, review and enhance client insurance programmes, identifying opportunities to improve risk protection and value.
• Prepare and present client-facing documentation, including reports, presentations, renewal strategies and cover comparisons.
• Collaborate with insurers, brokers and Aon's global network to coordinate complex and multinational programmes.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by connecting clients with Aon's wider risk, insurance and advisory expertise.
