Job summary

Aon in London is seeking a Client Service Advisor for the Financial Services Group (Insurance). You will support key Financial Institutions accounts, coordinating activity with internal teams, insurer partners and client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

On a hybrid basis, you will work from London or Chelmsford offices and with global clients, developing relationship management and commercial expertise in financial services risk solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance, financial services, banking, or related professional services.
• Understanding of commercial insurance principles and the client service lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and insurer partners.
• Excellent organisational abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.
• Proactive written and verbal communication with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activity across UK and European networks across teams.
• Build relationships with partner insurance markets and key contacts.
• Participate in and host regular client update calls.
• Identify new opportunities using available client and market data.
• Coordinate regular insurer updates and communications.
• Maintain client and opportunity databases.
• Updating account activity trackers and pipeline information.
• Act as a link between brokers and the client's partner markets.
• Present on client activities to internal stakeholders to promote awareness and engagement.
• Create internal and external marketing materials and presentations.
• Ensure third-party payments are processed accurately and within required timescales.
