Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in bids, proposals or tender coordination; strong organisation, writing and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is advantageous.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, property or professional services is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals from opportunity through to submission.
• Manage deadlines and input from multiple contributors.
• Gather project information, CVs, case studies and technical content.
• Edit, proofreading and refining written responses.
• Produce polished submissions using Adobe InDesign.
• Maintain proposal templates, project information and bid resources.
• Support presentations and other material linked to client pursuits.
